Third-Party Services and Subprocessors Notice
How external providers participate in hosting, payments, messaging, network integrations and other Service functions.
Important. This document is part of the JASLYN NET service terms. It is written for operational use and should be read with any signed order, applicable service-specific agreement and mandatory law.
1. Why third parties are used
JASLYN NET may depend on external infrastructure and specialist services to deliver hosting, databases, email, SMS, payments, monitoring, DNS, networking, identity, storage and other functions. The specific providers available to a customer depend on the deployment and integrations they activate.
2. Customer-controlled integrations
When a customer connects its own router, payment account, RADIUS server, SMS provider or other third-party account, the customer authorizes the exchange of information necessary to perform that integration. The customer is responsible for reviewing the third party’s terms, privacy notice, security configuration and regulatory requirements.
3. Provider changes
The Company may replace or add infrastructure providers when reasonably necessary for reliability, security, cost, performance or legal compliance. Material privacy impacts will be handled according to the Privacy Notice and applicable law.
4. Third-party terms
A third party’s service may be governed by its own terms. JASLYN NET does not assume responsibility for a third party’s independent acts, outages, security failures or policy decisions, except where applicable law or a written agreement expressly makes the Company responsible.
