Intellectual Property, Content and Brand Use Policy
Ownership, permitted use, customer content rights, infringement reporting and JASLYN NET brand restrictions.
Important. This document is part of the JASLYN NET service terms. It is written for operational use and should be read with any signed order, applicable service-specific agreement and mandatory law.
1. Company intellectual property
JASLYN NET, JASLYN, related logos, interface design, software, documentation, service names and Company-created materials are protected intellectual property. Unauthorized copying, extraction, resale or confusingly similar branding is prohibited.
2. Customer content
Customers retain rights in content and data they lawfully submit. By submitting content, the customer grants the Company the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up and display it for Service operation, support, security and compliance.
3. Feedback
If you voluntarily submit suggestions, ideas or product feedback, you grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use that feedback to improve the Service without creating an obligation to pay royalties, unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.
4. Brand use
Customers may accurately identify JASLYN NET as the software they use, but may not imply that they own the JASLYN NET brand, are an authorized representative, or have a partnership or endorsement that does not exist. Logo assets must be used in their supplied form and must not be altered to create a misleading identity.
5. Infringement notices
A rights holder who believes content made available through the Service infringes its rights should submit a written notice identifying the protected work, the allegedly infringing material, evidence of ownership or authority, contact details and the requested remedy. The Company may request additional information and may restrict content where legally justified.
